This blog is to document my adventure with Bikram Yoga. I started Bikram Yoga in October 2010, and have decided to go to a 9 week intensive training in Bikram’s Torture Chamber. I have been amazed at the physical benefits of this unique style of yoga; less backpain, more energy, and overall better health!

I am not much of a writer, but I want to document this, and give friends and family some information on where I am and what I am doing in the upcoming 9 weeks, and thereafter with yoga.
